Rent it

Make your selection from our exclusive hand-picked collection of designer handbags & outfits, check availability and follow our simple steps to complete your booking.

Work it

Your GlamHub handbag or outfit will arrive on your selected delivery date by 5pm. Please make sure you are there to sign for delivery. Turn heads with your new bag and complete your outfit. Care for it as if it were your own!

Return it

Your package will contain a pre-paid satchel to return the item. Simply repackage it into the GlamHub box, place it inside the satchel and return via Australia Post by 5pm on your rental due date.


What is the maximum duration of hire?

The maximum duration of hire is one month, but it varies for each item. The rental period is noted in the product description of each item.

Is there a minimum duration of hire?

Yes, the minimum duration is 2 nights. For example: If you have a day event on Thursday, you’ll need to book delivery for Wednesday and return on Friday.

For weekends we charge the same price as for two night hire- you get Sunday free! For example: Delivery by Friday 5pm, drop off at Australia Post or courier pickup on Monday by 5pm.

What happens if I have a fashion emergency and desperately need the handbag on the same day?

Never fear! GlamHub offers same-day delivery within Sydney Metro. Please note that the cut off time is 7am.

What if the item I want is not available?

Please contact us and we will let you know when the item becomes available again.

Can I lend the item to someone else or hire on someone else’s behalf?

You are responsible for the item, so it is best that you and only you are in possession of it and do not hire on behalf of anyone else.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged the full amount before shipping.

Can I extend my booking?

Yes you can, as long as it doesn’t clash with any other bookings. Please contact to extend your booking.

Can I cancel or amend my booking?

Yes, but only if your item has not been dispatched. Cancellation fees apply, so please read our Terms and Conditions. Please email to cancel or amend your booking.  

Why do you require my drivers license or credit card details?

We require a copy of your drivers license and credit card details as security. The bags we hire out range between $1,300 and over $6,000. All details are kept on a secure server and only GlamHub staff have access to your information. If at any time you would like your details to be deleted/changed, please email


Do you charge for delivery/pickup?

No, it’s on us!

How long before an item gets delivered?

All items are sent using Australia Post Express next business day delivery system. If your delivery address is outside the next business day delivery serviced areas, we will ensure to post the item with enough time to arrive before the required date.

Please allow two business days for deliveries to Perth.

If you are located in Sydney, we offer same-day delivery by courier.

All items require signature on delivery. If no one is available to receive and sign the package, it will be redirected to your nearest post office.

What is the cut off time for next day delivery and same-day delivery within Sydney?

The cut off time for the next business day delivery is 10am.

The cut off time for same-day delivery within Sydney is 7am.

Where do you deliver to and how are items delivered?

We deliver Australia-wide to all metro locations. Items are delivered using Australia Express Post or for same-day delivery within Sydney, by courier. All bags are delivered within their dust bags placed inside a GlamHub box.

Do you deliver on weekends?

No, we only offer delivery Monday - Friday at this stage.


How do I return my item?

Place the item back inside the dust bag and inside the box, surrounding it with tissue paper. Wrap the same ribbon and sticker around the box so it can't accidentally open - we don't want it to get damaged in the mail! Pack the box in the same bubble wrap as you received it and place it in the provided pre-paid satchel. Make sure you drop it off at Australia Post by 5pm :)

Do I need to dry clean the outfit before I return it?

Nope! Dry cleaning is covered by GlamHub.

Do you accept returns on the weekend?

No, we don't receive returns on Saturday or Sunday. Please select Friday as your return day if you do not want to hire for over the weekend.

Is there are fee for late returns?

Yes, additional daily hire fees apply. Please see our terms and conditions.

I purchased an item from you, do you accept returns?

Yes we do. The item must be unused and with tags still attached. Returns are free and must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please return the item exactly as you received it, in it’s original packaging. Please email for further instructions.

I have purchased an item from you, can I return it?

We do not accept change of mind returns on purchases. However we accept returns if they are faulty or do not match your order. Please contact if you need to return an item.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Items

What happens if I damage the item?

Minor cosmetic wear from everyday use is generally acceptable. However, major damage will be valued for repair or replacement and charged accordingly.

What if my item is lost or stolen?

In the case of theft or if your booked item is lost, we will need to charge you for full replacement.

Are all GlamHub items authentic?

Yes, all our items are purchased brand new from trusted, authorised stockists.

What condition are your items?

All of GlamHub’s items are either new or near new condition. Minor wear and tear may be visible over time but we will never dispatch a damaged item.

In the unlikely event that you notice any damage after you unpack your order, please email us photographs of the damage immediately and do not use the item. Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions prior to making a booking.
